an introduction
One lesson stands out the most: always question the author’s motive, intention, and anything else given the effort to be written down. My eleventh grade English/Literature teacher was incredibly shrewd and pessimistic, harsh and ice-cold-honest — in short, he was my favourite.
This website is my second third attempt at a coherent, publicly available collection of writing. Although, with the frequent gaps in activity, the past matters so little, I might as well be starting over.
I am hesitant to call this a “blog,” although it is my admission that the terminology may apply in accurately describing this website and the delivery of its subject matter. What bothers me most is that the author of a “blog” is commonly referred to as a “blogger.” I don’t believe that a medium should overrule or overshadow the more general (and accurate) classification of a “writer.”
This may be considered fair warning: the subject matter here may be classified as “adult” in nature, and by all means, if you are not comfortable with it, do not wish to view such subjects, or are prohibited from viewing it due to age/religion/beliefs, you are free to show yourself the way out.
